Courses take place at the Behr Industry GmbH & Co. KG Training Center in Schwäbisch Hall, Germany. During theoretical instruction, participants are first familiarized with the operating mode of the overall system and of the individual components as well as with the use of technical documentation. Whether specifications, operating instructions, parts catalogs or technical data: participants are acquainted with the material step by step and learn how to make proper use of these media.

This acquired knowledge can be put to direct use during practical training sessions. Cooling and air conditioning systems, components and electronic systems of the latest generation are available at the Training Center for this purpose. Alternatively, practical training can be carried out on the spot so that dismantling and assembly, for example, can be carried out directly on vehicles or in a repair shop. All training is geared to individual customer requirements and the level of knowledge of the participants. If desired, a concluding test can be completed with written documentation of the acquired qualification.
